Working for the community part time or full time
can be a volunteer act.
But professional artist have families too
(this could also be why they feel concerned about social stuff).
To legalised
(as a gesture from the state)
and professionalize the entire critical system
Emergency artists could (should) become a public service.
Like firemen
nurses
teachers
road-makers.
Is a public service
serving the society.
The Emergency Room artists could be officials
as a public utility.
They should be working in a neutral way
with professionalism.
