another artist burning to exhibit about Emergencies : it is a
Penetration . Penetration is a positive act of giving and accepting
. Penetration allows spontanic art work and provoque artist to
meet on debate level and not sponsored drinking . Penetration have been
done successsfuly at the Venice , the Athens and the Istanbul Biennale
. In 2009 Colonel is organizing a Penetration Bienniale wich aim is to
invite professionnal artist penetrator to express all over also where
they are not expected .Penetration is the solution against the
papalysie of the art due to too much control of the culture manager ,
sponsors , real estate dealers .In Penetration an art work can have
been produced the same day it has been produced and therefore be
pertinent .... Penetration is an energy. artit can work directly
