The Emergency Room is a physical  room with a room design made by Jean de Piépape .In the emergency  room the  exhibition changes daily at 12.30 p.m. with punctuality .
In the emergency room the artist comments what happen today ( last 24 hours ) . The artists must give their opinions about emergency cases ( no time to loose )
The time is important :  the   artists have  daily deadlines . The artist opinion about today  is important and needed , the artist is a thermometer  and has an important vision to deliver . The Emergency Room is round to encourage  political debate .   12 . 30 is an important  meeting public and medias can witness ,  daily .  The exhibition changes

resonnace and public  : at the passage medias and public witness the rising of new art work of new opinion mass medias comes to source themselves in the emergency room
even if " isoloated in an art institution what is debate in Emergency Room as a global  audience a resonnace .

Emergency Room is  working on to having a daily  1 minutes slot in the news ( like the printed medias have caricatures ) . Emergency room artist can use poetry for example to comment the news they can also use their visual expertise to point at serious disfunction and  abuse . Beside the content of the subject treated in Emergency Roomthe room experience is the best experience to have

passage at 12 . 30 artist simultanly deinstaul and install the news art work of today . it is made like  a music mix . The new  installation depending of it s nature takes about 30 minutes . the exhibition has to be ready in the round white cube as soon as possible so the public can experiment finished art works. Emergency Room welcome performance but Emergency Room is not  a work shop it is a finnished edited space . If artist wants to socialize or work after the passage they have a backstage room .

Beside the emergency rooom there is the delay museum  ( Musée du RETARD )

in the Dealy Museum are show art works that have been in the emergncy room they are shown with a little delay
like one day after  ( or a week after )
the  emergency room is the only contemporary institution  the delay museum is an excroissance .
